1. Agreement to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

5.1 Advisory Nature of Services
Our services are provided on an advisory basis. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee that all information provided will be applicable to your specific situation or that it will result in successful business registration or compliance. You are responsible for making your own decisions based on our advice.
5.2 Third-Party Services
We may refer you to third-party service providers for certain aspects of business registration or compliance. We are not responsible for the actions, services, or content of any third-party service providers. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and such third parties.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shreem Advisory and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the service, or a breach of these Terms.
7. Payment Terms
If you purchase services from us, you agree to pay all fees as specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect services already contracted for.

We accept various payment methods as specified in your service agreement. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our services.
7.2 Refunds
Refund policies are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, fees paid for advisory services are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information we share with you.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, or such other arbitration body as may be agreed upon by the parties.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Shreem Advisory regarding the use of our website and services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
